The assignment was to create a new concept of interior design and image for the first Healthy Bites in Barcelona, a healthy fast food salad bar, with a cozy and elegant space, according to the quality offered. A dark grayish green was introduced as a corporate color that combines with the warmth of the wood and to enhance the concept of natural product, linen ropes and hanging plants.

The large windows on the entire facade made the interior a visual attraction from the outside. The circular pillar was used to locate the counter and the workshop. A large pine wood lined counter was made where all the products were displayed and the pillar was lined creating a high volume with shelves.

The semicircular area was used to place a large table with stools and in the narrowest area a bench-garden from wall to wall was designed. Mirrors were placed on the sides to visually enlarge the area. In front of the windows, bars were placed under kokedamas and filament bulbs.
