A contemporary addition to the rear of a heritage listed dwelling, Highton House has been designed to create a clear break between old & new.

The aim was to provide the owners with a large open plan living area that blended seamlessly with outdoor spaces, bringing the borrowed landscape to the rear of the site into the dwelling itself.

Large picture windows have been provided to maximise natural light and views to neighbouring park lands.

Contemporary finishes provide a sense of tactility and warmth while contrasting existing materials and period details.
