Reform of Existing Hotel dating from the 70s. The reform has been proposed in two phases, a first of common elements carried out in 2016 and another one of the facade of the upper floors that will be executed throughout 2018-2019. A marquee of organic geometry exerts the function of welcoming and reclaiming element in front of the urban road. The rest of the intervention is developed on the basis of this unique element that will end up constituting its own language where contemporary architecture and expressionism merge to give answers to the functional requirements of a hotel building of these characteristics for the general public but with a high standard in the comfort and quality requirements.
