The Malanje Hotel was meant to be a three-starhotel andcommissionedto meet a 22-room capacity and to offer some commodities to the guests. This includes a swimming pool and an outside area to rest, a bar by the pool and a great garden.

This is a 2-story building, where reception, dining and resting areas, and services are located in the first floor. And the second floor is occupied exclusively with rooms. All of them equipped with a private bathroom and a balcony.

The buildings develop in an L shape, one where the rooms are located and the other (with only one story) closer to the swimming pool, where the restaurant and bar are located.
