A new volume on top of the existing extension, creates space for a new bathroom/toilet and laundry area. On the ground floor the relationship between living space, kitchen and garden is increased by breaking open the walls inbetween.

A new volume on top of the existing extension, creates space for a new bathroom/toilet and laundry area. On the ground floor, the relationship between living space and living kitchen is increased by breaking open the walls in between. The living kitchen provides space for a large custom-made kitchen and dining table. The poly concrete in this space extends to the terrace, optimising the indoor/outdoor relationship. 

In the interior, expressive materials are chosen: green custom-made / coloured tiles / specific type of terrazzo, but in combination with light birch plywood. This creates a unity throughout the house, and a calm look throughout the interior. A fine collaboration with our first colleague Fien Rootfhooft.
