Just three hours north of the city, the 3,034 sf home features floor to ceiling aluminum clad windows to maximize day-lighting and provide sweeping views of the countryside beyond. It is programmatically divided into two bars; the first floor bar contains the public sector of the home for living, cooking, dining, and entertaining, while the second floor bar contains the private uses. Connections between the exterior and interior are prevalent throughout the home with decks located on both the first and second floors to reinforce the connection between inside and out. The second floor deck features an outdoor fireplace anchoring the house in place and providing an entertainment space with stunning views of the surrounding landscape.

This LEED Certified prefab home is comprised of six modules and utilizes the efficiencies of offsite factory construction. It employs several sustainable features such as bamboo floors, radiant floor heat, energy star appliances, bio-based spray foam insulation, 98% energy efficient boiler, low-flow plumbing fixtures, LED Lighting, FSC certified Ipe & Cedar, recycled cement board panels, green roof, and many more. The home is positioned to take advantage of the natural sunlight and to capture summer breezes while providing views of the quiet rolling landscape.
