The Allotment of S. Roque consists of 10 T3 houses, with 2 floors above ground level and 1 floor below.
In formal terms, the intention is to raise the input floor to 1.20m. In this way, a rectangular house is created, supported by a longitudinal wall and irregular volumes at the basement level (pillars and interior of the house), which designs the parking lot and the access area.
The access to the house can be done by the stairwell on the -1 floor or by the street level, through external stairs, according to the scheme that is attached in the drawings.
To obtain the desired reading, the housing volumetry will have the Etics system, which will alternate between a coarse sanded finish and a smooth finish, creating a rhythm of its own. This will be interrupted by the windows and balconies set back from the façade.
In the case of balconies, these will be prefabricated concrete floors with washed and calibrated kaolin cobbles of 90x30cm applied with counterfeit joint. The interior jambs and lintels will be in white Estremoz marble. Obscuration of the interior spaces of the houses is done through a roller blackout built into the interior jambs.
The outdoor spaces will be landscaped where, occasionally, stone living spaces will be created.
