Hudson Pacific Properties, a unique provider of end-to-end real estate solutions for tech and media tenants, is setting new trends and standards through futuristic design. The showroom is an inventive and elevated corporate space that breaks the traditional real estate mold. The space invites individuals to experience the hallmarks of a Hudson Pacific building, including a commitment to creating memorable first impressions, and deep dive into the company's submarkets and portfolio, with or without the accompaniment of a personal guide.

Upon entry to the Hudson Pacific Seattle Corporate office, guests are greeted with experiential moments that create connections to the Hudson Pacific brand and curate the journey from Reception to the Showroom entrance. The reception area serves as an elevated decompression zone with soft seating that allows guests to settle in. Simple branding and custom artwork set the stage for what’s to come. As guests enter through the showroom portal for the big reveal, they are greeted with a large analog glass storytelling wall that walks them through a high-level overview of five distinct hallmarks of a Hudson Pacific building. The company’s approach to cutting edge architecture, reimagined building types, sustainable design, trend setting technology, high quality materials, and hospitality-style amenities is reflected through this lens. Once situated, the guests can immerse themselves in three different submarkets through a combination of dimensional acrylic models, lighting, and interactive touchscreens. This multi-sensory journey creates a one of-a-kind experience that captivates, entertains, and educates on the features and benefits of Hudson Pacific’s local properties in carefully selected submarkets.

The Seattle Corporate Showroom is a seamless aesthetic blend of the existing building’s history and the future of corporate design. The concept embraces the historic building’s existing structure while masterfully incorporating the aesthetic of Pioneer Square, Seattle’s original neighborhood and the home of Hudson Pacific’s Seattle Headquarters. Elevated materials and futuristic design elements, such as interactive model tables and floating analog displays, push technology and create an experiential space within the workplace. Sleek brass detailing and dark metal finishes partner with neutral wood tones, existing brick, velvet drapery and minimal pops of navy blue to elevate the look and feel. The showroom is lightly branded and focuses on pushing boundaries while incorporating sophisticated yet understated brand elements within the design, including a featured quote from Hudson Pacific Properties’ CEO Victor Coleman at the point of entry: “We’re driven to find the next amazing space for today and tomorrow’s leading companies building it from the ground up or reimagining it from the inside out.”
