For the restaurant’s first branch store in Miami we propose a design that weaves modernity and traditional dining experience. This one-of-a kind design will establish the branding of all future stores. In lieu of the bland choice of drywall, traditional Japanese wood finishes showcases the Japanese craftsmanship and the dedication to authenticity of the Japanese culinary. The exposed ceiling and utilities are painted black to create a visual contrast disappearing from the main dining area. These several material and design choices complement each other to create a contemporary restaurant that reflects the brand’s dedication to offer artisan Japanese Ramen Noodle to their customers.
