The complete redevelopment of the 1920s building that houses the restaurant has respected its original features and general layout and has guaranteed great prominence to the external loggias.

 The inspiration of the internal atmospheres can be traced back to the metaphysical suggestions of the architectural spaces painted by De Chirico, evoked by theories of arches with black lining, from the chessboards of the floors, from the game of whites and blacks, to the rigorous geometries of the coffered ceilings . The neutral shell is crossed by the contrast of light and dark and by the accentuation of shadows.
