Genus Landscape Architects worked closely with the client and consulting ecologist to achieve an appropriate landscape design for this residential estate in Hastings. The design incorporated the layout of private yards, streetscape planting and treatment of communal open spaces.
A planning permit was achieved and net gain requirements addressed with a sustainable landscape solution and sales imagery was produced for the client’s marketing of the estate.
Iluka Estate was awarded the HIA Southeast Victoria “Townhouse/Villa Development of the Year” in 2009.
