Inspirata Pointe at Royal Oaks blended the best of residential and hospitality design during a major campus expansion that redefines desert living. Promenades, intimate pathways, covered breezeways and lush pocket gardens are carefully placed throughout the campus. An array of new building amenities complements Royal Oaks’ existing programs and spaces, as well as a new club center that is located in the center of the campus to unify the community. The club features three new restaurants, a classroom for the community’s Life Enrichment Program activities, and a concierge service center.
Contemporary architectural features such as large roof overhangs and grand windows allow interior spaces to blend seamlessly with the landscape. Passive cooling is integrated to extend the use of outdoor spaces throughout the summer. These elements include courtyards with shaded pavilions, walking paths, and water features that create peaceful spaces. Inspirata Pointe also offers 156 customizable residences with modern open floor plans, all positioned to view the surrounding mountain views.
To enhance resident wellness and connection to the outdoors, biophilia is integrated throughout the campus. Arizona’s natural beauty is reflected through the selection of colors, textures, and patterns. Locally sourced stucco, limestone, wood accents and bronze provide richness and contrast.
Three new dining venues – Azul, Indigo Kitchen, and Copper Skye - were added to support changing expectations of current and future residents, offering a diverse range of culinary experiences. Branded menus and unique table settings create distinct experiences at each restaurant.
Azul is a refined space with a sculptural light feature that creates a canopy over the seating area. For a curated experience, residents can sit at the chef’s table for a glimpse into the kitchen.
For more casual dining, Indigo Kitchen is a bright and airy space serving Mediterranean fare with an open kitchen, range of seating options, and view of the courtyard.
Indigo Kitchen leads to Copper Skye, an inviting bar where residents can gather and connect.
