The award winning ION Orchard development comprises both a retail podium and luxury residential tower spread over 126,000sqm.

ION Orchard has eight shopping levels, from basement four to level four, and features an art gallery and open event space. A unique observation deck offering 360 degree views sits above The Orchard Residences on level 55 and 56, and the apartment tower consists of 46 floors with an environmental deck and sky garden on the 9th and 30th levels respectively.

Blending form with function, the tower’s design was an exercise in simplicity, efficiency and sustainability and now delivers an iconic contribution to the Singapore skyline.

Media expression is an important component of the design. Integrating the latest LED display technology, the façade was transformed into a communicative face, injecting energy and activity into the public realm.
