Project was built in prefabricated timber frame technology in passive standard. The designed single-family residential building with a plan in the "L" locator, where the ground-floor parts addition to the building's terrace, the main building of which is the building's attic a rectangle, covered with a gable roof with a slope of 43 degrees.Elevation is a mix of render, siberian larch and aluminium.
