The project consists of the heavy rehabilitation of a townhouse and its extension. The original house is characteristic of the constructions of the 60s, mixing stone walls and breeze blocks, to which are added an extension in wood frame and biosourced materials.

The project proposes to redefine the interior volumes, to open widely the spaces thanks to the metal porticos, and to emphasize the aesthetics of the old. The entire envelope of the existing building is optimized to obtain a very good thermal performance EnerPHit.
