The investment company JSE Holding AG moved into a new building in Ettlingen this year. Our specialist retail partner feco, together with archis Architekten + Ingenieure, took on the planning of a versatile and agile working environment. This created an attractive exhibition, work and event space with flexible usage options. Presentations, meetings, work and creativity as workplace offers have been implemented very individually here. In this way, the world of work meets the current needs of employees in every form.

A special feature of the project is the multi-shelf wall fitted into the interior design. Here, our planner Michel Schulz developed a system in cooperation with feco and archis consisting of basic S, lockers, parkour und cupboard booths, that is perfectly integrated into a harmonious color scheme in shades of grey, red and pink. The complexity was to adapt the shelves to the room height, corners, beams, pipes and cable trays. The result is a uniform and functional rhythm. But the room-high shelving walls are not only visually impressive, they also offer various functions. There are seating niches, a cloakroom, acoustic elements, removable seating cubes, printer booths. Lockers and distribution cabinets that bring the office space to life with its dynamism.
