Positioned adjacent to Cramner Square’s mature stand of trees and a medium density gabled urban vernacular, this site was to be occupied with apartment living that was a fusion of it’s natural and urban context.

The façade plays with massing and transparency, with a skyward extension that echoes and reflects reflect the trees opposite. The experience of the apartments is focused towards the park setting with large picture windows and perforated screening that balance openness with privacy.
