Located within a two mile radius from the Ryman Auditorium and The Country Music Hall of Fame, The JW Marriott is a stunning edition to downtown Nashville, Tennessee.

Miami based real estate developer Turnberry Associates commissioned international architecture firm Arquitectonica and Atlanta based Smallwood, Reynolds, Stewart, Stewart Architects to develop the project.  YKK AP's Project Center and Engineering Center helped make this extraordinary concept a reality with a custom adaptation of YKK AP's YWW 50T thermally broken window wall system.

Turnberry Associates wanted to develop an iconic full service hotel that would be unique to the city of Nashville.  To orchestrate this request, Arquitectonica created an elliptical shape by changing the radius of the perimeter of the building 25 times.  This unique shape posed a challenge for YKK AP in terms of customizing its YWW 50T Thermally Broken Window Wall System so that it would be uniform and go around the radius of the building.
