Kalami Suites is a tourist accommodation located in the settlement of Livadi on Serifos, offering views of Chora, the main town of the island. A distinctive feature of the plot was the tall, linear reed formation along its boundary with the road.

This characteristic was preserved by replanting a linear cluster of reeds along the building’s boundary, both to restore the original appearance for passersby and to create a visual and sound buffer between the reception area and the parking zone.

The complex consists of eleven suites, arranged in three two-story volumes that gently converge, following the plot’s axes. Each suite has access to a flower garden, where an old well and cistern have been reconstructed.

The three buildings are constructed with white pressed putty, while the walls of the outdoor spaces are made of uncoated stone (drystone). The pergolas are crafted from wood and reed.
