Kemalpaşa Congress Center is located on Kemalpaşa-Torbalı road. The project aims to meet the need of the city as well as improving the economic and social life. It is an important reference point on one of the city's growing axes. Kemalpaşa is a district that stands out with its economic and industrial activities in Izmir. Occasionaly, there occurs a need for a space for exhibitions and meetings. The project, which was designed with a flexible program and for multi-purpose use, was formed by combining two blocks with a covered promenade in accordance with the climate and life of Izmir. Thus, the relationship between open, semi-open and closed spaces has been established, and thanks to the positioning of the mass, open space uses with different characters are planned in the site plan. While the building emphasizes simplicity and economy in construction and operation, the social and cultural elements of Kemalpaşa are interpreted with a modern approach.
There are one 1000 m² and two 500 m² exhibition and meeting halls in the project. There is also a 1500 m² open exhibition area. The project contains meeting rooms of various sizes along with a sufficient amount of parking.
