An urban development is planned for Kırklareli Organized Industrial Zone (KOIZ) in order to provide the missing social infrastructure. The project consists of administrative building, day care center, vocational schools, student housing, sports center, conventional center, hotel, commercial units, mosque, which sits on a total 145 000 m2 land. The project site is located at the North entrance of the industrial zone and it contains a small lake to the South. The program is divided into two parts. On the west a campus is designed containing all educational and administrative functions. On the east commercial and recreational functions are designed connecting the highway on the north to the lake park created. These two campuses on the west and east are mostly pedestrianized and are separated with a road and a public transportation route. Whole complex is designed to create an industrial aesthetic with four main materials: naked concrete, bronze bars, wooden cladding and a natural stone indigenous to the region.
