The complex is entered through an extension - the foyer, which is divided into three zones: the reception area, which houses the Barista Bar; and the central circulation area. The consistent formulation of the design leads the visitor to the training area on the first floor. Light plays a decisive role in the design. Light slots and flat light strengthen the contours and the plasticity of the structure. The dining area presents itself as a complex spatial structure. The guest room, a VIP area and the interface to the kitchen space cover a total area of 800 square meters. The VIP area is separated from the guest room by mobile, colored structures and curtains. This area can be used as a meeting and event space.
