Loft republica has 36 m² and was developed for a young couple. The space, with an open concept, was planned to take advantage of all the space, in addition to meeting all the needs of the residents. In the kitchen, we use a countertop in a light tone, to bring clarity and amplitude to the environment. The vat was carved in stone, to eliminate objects and make the space more pleasant. The coating on the bench, also in a light tone, guaranteed an incredible and light texture, which left the environment clear and smooth. With two different tones of wood, the joinery came to embrace the kitchen. As a color point, we painted the doors and the small entrance hall, which led to the bathroom door.
Moving on to the living room, we used a soft color, also in blue, which spoke perfectly with the rest of the house. As a counterpoint, the sofa in an earthy tone. The wooden finish stands out, which completes the entire upper part of the painting and also helps with the transition from white to white. In the bedroom, we worked with a lot of wood to bring warmth to the environment.
Lighting, direct and indirect, came to complete all the decoration and architecture of the space. The rails, which run through the kitchen and living room, allow the light to be directed wherever you want. On the kitchen countertop, we installed an LED profile that removes all the leftovers from the countertop. As for the lighting in the bedroom, we opted for indirect lighting, that is, lighting that hits the ceiling and returns by reflection. The headboard was also lit to highlight the paintings and also create the possibility of different lights.
