The building deve ops on five evels which ac commodate three independent houses, two maisonettes, and one apartment which occupies an entire floor The main living areas are placed on the front in a free-form plan, benefittlng from the southern orientation, bedrooms are in the back ground, and enjoy cross-ventilation The distribu tion of spaces allows the use of large openings without compromising on energy savings, since the building aims for energy class A+.
The indoor areas expand on the garden or in arge balconies, which become the center of living during the summer months. Considering the trail of the sun and the perspective vlevvs demarcated by adjacent buildings, the balconies face east and west, to facilitate their all-day use
Due to the proximity of the project to the sea front, Introducing the water element in the com position was considered indispensable. Therefore, both maisonettes are equipped 'Mth swimming pools, with the uppermost one glancing to the sea from above the cityscape, creating a continuum Vegetation on the ample sidewa k is enhanced to protect the privacy of the ground floor apartment, The appearance of the building is minimalist, with simple lines.
Balconies and the swimming pool are attached to the main core, creating a game of volumes.
