Located on the 32nd floor, the LEAF Apartment explores its soaring ceiling height as the project's defining feature, transforming verticality into a spatial experience. Taking full advantage of this condition, a mezzanine was introduced to accommodate the entire private living area, allowing the lower level to remain open, spacious, and seamlessly integrated.

The architecture is organized around three primary volumes. The first, a more compact element, houses the staircase and defines the apartment's vertical circulation. The second concentrates the technical and service areas, including the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room, forming a discreet and highly functional base. Suspended above these elements, the third volume creates the mezzanine, which contains the primary suite, a walk in closet that can be converted into a guest suite, a bathroom, and a home office.

On the lower level, the living room, dining area, kitchen, and bar flow continuously into one another, enhanced by the full height glazed façade and the generosity of the double height space. The relationship between the two levels creates distinct atmospheres within the same environment, alternating between openness and intimacy.

The material palette reinforces this architectural concept through natural wood paneling, mineral surfaces, and indirect lighting that highlights the geometry of the volumes. The result is a contemporary residence where architecture, light, and the urban landscape merge seamlessly in a timeless composition.
