As happens in the design of many commercial spaces, one of the great challenges, in addition to combining branding and generating interaction with the product, is how to make the most of design resources to achieve uniqueness and character to the proposal, without leaving aside the construction manual and specifics on regulations, materials and quality standards required by the brand.

The biggest challenge of this store was structural, since Chain + Siman decided to obtain a space completely free of columns and to take advantage of the perimeter with windows that allowed to see through the store. To achieve this, a foundation was built with four perimeter footings to support the four columns and beams. Similarly, lower interior walls were proposed in order to give lightness to the volume. The structure that was placed is essential to support the alucobond cubes at the top, since they measure 5 m x 2.50 m x 2.50 m in height. For Chain + Siman the important thing was that, either from the second level of the plaza or at ground level, the interior of the store could be seen through the cubes, which give a colorful touch and give personality to the project. Another important point is that inside the beams all the installations were made in such a way that they look clean, without cables or pipes; they are IPR beams that were lined with alucobond.

This store is unique thanks to the design proposals of the firm, not only for having a 360 degree view from the inside and outside, but also for transmitting the brand values and for customers to identify it in the spaces. The differentiator provided by this project invites to a unique and different shopping experience.
