What are the global challenges that our species will face in the coming years? Life Hub aims to answer this question. The exhibition, designed and produced by Indissoluble, offers an immersive and interactive experience focused on addressing crucial topics such as climate change, sustainability, nutrition, and artificial intelligence.
The main goal of the Life Hub Exhibition is to raise awareness and propose solutions for each of these areas, with the intention of establishing new paradigms that will guide our species towards a more promising future.
“The Globe” is the first multimedia piece that welcomes visitors. An approximately two-minute video is projected on a large circular screen, serving as a thematic introduction to the exhibition.
Next, the “Metahuman” installation presents several characters generated by artificial intelligence that welcome visitors.
The tour continues with the “Stop Climate Change” room. Here, images related to climate change, such as uncontrolled fires, droughts, global warming, and rising sea levels, are projected on three of the four walls. Visitors can stop the flow of images by pressing a large button located in the center of the room and read messages with data related to climate change and its impact on the planet.
The next area is dedicated to biodiversity in Qatar. The aim is to highlight its importance and convey the need to protect and preserve biological diversity.
In the “Live Sustainably” room, visitors can understand how many of our daily activities generate a large amount of greenhouse gas emissions, such as driving cars, heating our homes, or consuming electricity. A quiz stimulates reflection on how certain energy habits can reduce our carbon footprint.
The next room, “Nutrition and Wellness,” is defined by a structure of OSB with sinuous and complex curves that cover the perimeter of the room. In the center, an interactive table, also made of OSB, allows visitors to obtain information about nutrition and health through interactive content. The purpose of this room is to make visitors reflect on their own lifestyle and check if it is healthy and sustainable, both for themselves and for the planet.
The last room is dedicated to artificial intelligence. In this interactive space, the user can explore and understand the potential of artificial intelligence. A large LED wall displays a fascinating environment where AI is applied to medicine and other areas of health. The room is complemented by two interactive installations that show the applications of artificial intelligence in various scientific, social, economic, educational fields, as well as in such human disciplines as art.
