The challenge was the renovation and extension of a semi-detached house but on "villa style" mood. Our goal was to create a striking, modern home with light-filled open spaces and clean lines.
Our proposal consisted of creating a new volumetric composition on the façade that would "accommodate" the extension, giving unity to the complex as well as its own and powerful identity.
The house has a basement for parking. On the ground floor, there is the living room, the kitchen, a small toilet, an office and the master bedroom (which has its own bathroom and dressing room). The upper floor has 3 large bedrooms, a laundry room and a bathroom, as well as a south-facing terrace.
