Bosch were looking to create a co-creation hub focused around the future of urban mobility theme. The space would house members from startups, corporates and government bodies and be primarily used to work on collaborative projects.

Incube was tasked on delivering a design and layout that would support collaboration, wellness and operational efficiency. Working with fit out partners Oktra, the space flourished from a concept that encompassed the theme of urban mobility into a fully functioning state of the art co-corking space that not only provided a wow factor to members and guests but also ensured a space which would allow for creativity and productivity to thrive.

The design took inspiration from the city, with the flooring mimicking roads and pavement, graffiti by a local street artist and a break out/event space which takes after a park, complete with real plants and plenty of natural lighting from the large windows all around. Incube were also the technology consultants in the space, integrating smart devices to create an efficient space that promoted wellbeing through smart notifications, air purifying green walls, standing desks, automated guest and meeting room check-ins and wireless charging.

The project was launched in Q1 2019 after a succesful 6 month collaboration between Incube, Oktra and Bosch.
