Radi¬ant floor heating, a ductless high efficiency hvac system, LED lighting, and other mechanical systems reside within the depth of this Loop, made of sustainably harvested worm-infested butternut. //// Simultaneously, management services provided for the 20,000 square foot loft building’s conversion to mixed-use commercial and residential.
