Lot 13 is a recreational holiday home located in an exclusive neiborhood called Hualalai in Big Island, Hawaii. This is an tropical and open house with differents areas conected by corridors as a floating bridges ending on a pool. All the exterior area: Pool and gardens are oriented to an spectacular view upon the golf course, beach and landscapes where the lava and green combine and contrast of special ways.

The concept of separation and union between the solid geometry permits hightligh the main elements of design. The use of the Wood is very present in the house and also in the structures is very visible with separated modules that marks the entry and is present a floating dining room too.

The mayority os social areas and rooms are oriented to the grand “Lanai” or terrace. The west areas turns upon the nature and open the light and beutiful sunsets.
