This family house occupies a site with 1370 m2, is conceived as an articulated structure of three components, following the sites’ directions and visuals. The middle section, which houses the vertical circulation components, hinges the other two and functionally links the whole house.
Ample double height spaces in the entrance atrium and the main hall define the internal volumetric structure of the house. In both places, the roofs are reinforced concrete membranes with characteristic shapes and design, perforated with round skylights.
In the ground floor, the main social areas directly interact with terraces, gardens and the swimming pool. In the first level, dormitories and private areas are linked with a system of floating bridges, which dominates the whole internal space of the house.
