This multi-familiar building sits on a prominent hill in the southeastern side of Caracas, which enjoys a wonderful 360º panoramic view of the city. The Building opens like a fan towards the northwest to take full advantage of themagnificent view of the city and the Ávila.

The architectural theme proposes an articulated geometry in the main façade, with four bands of linear planes that traverse the building upwards in an angular serpentine fashion, interplaying with the structural elements, balconies and eaves. The strong image of these elements –inspired on the TAO’s Kundalini– gives equilibrium and harmony to the project, as well as a very distinctive personality among the traditional treatment of the surrounding urban façades.

The building comprises six stories of six apartments each (some of them duplex), ending with two Pent-Houses, which enjoys 180º views. The ground floor has four apartments with private gardens, as well as shared public areas as gardens, terraces, swimming pool and entrance hall. In two underground levels we have parking, luggage compartments and hobby rooms.
