The brand new showroom of the Serbia-based Luna fashion house makes an exquisite space for this long-lasting brand. Our collaboration with Luna started a few years ago thanks to the Association of Business Women in Serbia. Today, we are more than happy with the fruits of our cooperation.
The facility is located in Požarevac, Serbia, and includes a brand new showroom along with staff offices. The space is professional, elegant and simple, completely in line with the company culture. For two and a half decades, this house has been creating elegant fashion pieces to please the spirit and the rhythm of modern women, their sensibilities, and needs. Now, this idea transcends to their workspace.
The spacious object counts 500 square meters across two levels. Its main purpose has been defined even before our team started working on it. Yet, one of the main requests was to make the space as warm and cozy as possible. The object has the underfloor heating produced by the geothermal heat pumps that use electricity and the earth’s thermal energy. This type of heating meets the criteria of energy efficiency.
The flexibility of space was also of the utmost importance. The premises were designed with the potential of facilitating an increased number of users in the event of employee expansion. Moreover, together with our client and handymen, we came to a solution where all the cables and installations are hidden from plain sight.
The entrance hall provides a lovely welcome to Luna’s visitors and associates. There is a reception desk with a waiting room and a striking award-filled corner. Behind this is a hidden cargo elevator, so fashion items can be easily moved from one floor to another. The ground floor holds a small conference room for work meetings, two large offices for the accounting and IT department, as well as a photo studio. Both the ground floor and the top level also hold auxiliary rooms, kitchenettes, and toilets.
Within the large hall on the top level is a spacious corner for the director’s assistant. Included on this floor are the senior management office, the director’s office, and a large conference room for meetings, lectures, and presentations of collections. The director’s office has large windows that provide plenty light and allow a view of the minimalist garden on the upper level of the building. In this room, there is also a corner for fabric selection and brainstorming sessions. Next to it is a separate bathroom.
The Luna fashion house staff has entered the object several months ago. Currently, parts of the entrance and the front facade are under construction, based on the Salt & Water design.
