The renovation project mandate was to modernize and update the existing spaces. The main goal was to create a brighter, more contemporary environment, while designing collaborative areas that encourage employees to return to the office.

Conceptum fully satisfied the client’s expectations by choosing lighter flooring finishes and creating collaborative spaces that are both functional and versatile. The complete redesign of the open-plan office furniture, together with the addition of suspended acoustic panels, not only simplified and streamlined the workspaces, but also provided more privacy and comfort to users. Given that employees primarily use the existing conference rooms, the new layout has increased their number, while enhancing the equipment, both in terms of furniture and audio-visual installations.
