Luxury house in Bétera in Mediterranean style, custom-designed for our clients. At the beginning of the project the aesthetics and volume of the house that attracted the clients, belonged to one of our catalogue houses and from that model the customisation started. The house has a total of 331 m² distributed over two floors, with an O-shaped floor plan typology. A facade with cantilevers of striking aesthetics that mark the horizontality of the volumetry.

This luxury modular house, custom-designed by Casas inHAUS, is equipped almost entirely by recognised brands of high value in the design and construction sector: Rimadesio and Porcelanosa. It stands out mainly for its aesthetics with lateral volumetry and materials such as technological wood and white single-layer mortar that gives greater volume and personality to the house and its overhangs.

The construction of this modular house has a development and interior design project carried out by inHAUS with our comprehensive service, so the design and the connection between the interior and exterior are thought from the first moment. Overhangs, clean lines in its interior, details of materiality and cladding, every detail is taken care of to represent the taste for design and architecture of the owners. Two floors aesthetically united with a double height that connects both spaces of the house. 

As we enter the house, we are welcomed by an aluminium pivot door of the highest quality, which already puts us in a position to appreciate the quality of the finishes and details of the interior of the house.
Inside, we find two different wings with four bedrooms. In addition, in the living room we find a double height that generates a continuity between the two floors that make up the house. This living room is also aesthetically divided from the kitchen thanks to a separating wall with a gas fireplace that brings comfort to the whole room.
The interior flooring throughout the house is porcelain imitation wood. On the side façade there is a projecting volume clad in technological wood. This volume stands out from the façade to break the monotony of the side and provide dynamism, while giving importance to the stairs and the double height of the house.

The flooring of the staircase, interior and exterior flooring, swimming pool, bathroom furniture, the 1.60 cm stone washbasin, home accessories... and the kitchen with its aesthetically impressive island. A complete kitchen by Santos, a brand renowned for its design and quality.
 
In addition, the modular home has a dressing room completely custom-designed by Rimadesio. Each and every one of the spaces, drawers, glass doors, lighting... all the details are thought out and designed to reflect luxury and personality, without leaving functionality to one side.
In general, the spaces and the interior design project have been focused on the tastes of the clients, a modern and geometric style and tone. Taking care in every detail, cleanliness, spaciousness and similarity of spaces and lines.

The installation of the 6 modules that make up the prefabricated house and the 2 canopies was carried out in only half a day.The slope of the site was tackled without difficulty thanks to the experience of the inHAUS installation team. In the following months, the finishing work will be carried out on the plot as well as the urbanisation project.
