Located in the heart of the République district, La Maison RaiseLab is a building of more than 2500 m² resulting from a deep renovation. A former studio built in the 1970s, the building has been completely transformed to meet new challenges. It now has 8 floors with different degrees of permeability, and includes coworking spaces, offices, event venues, a bar, a hotel and a green rooftop.

The PDA agency has rethought the city in the city and carried out an in-depth reflection on verticality and densification.
