The design process embraced the concept of "Our Space," merging the Architect's and Client's ideas. The client, an academic architect, desired a tropical architecture that departed from modern design while maintaining a contemporary feel. Interiors were kept simple, uncluttered, and minimalistic to complement the overall design philosophy.
Versatile wood was used to align with the client's preferences, lending itself to various applications in both exteriors and interiors. These wooden elements contrast with pastel shades and concrete textures. Walls and ceilings feature polished cement plaster for a cohesive look. Staircases and lifts divide recreational, private, and social areas across all floors. The residence seamlessly blends traditional charm with contemporary living.
