The house is built on three levels: basement, ground floor, and upper floor. The basement features a social space with a garage for four cars, a playroom, and a dining area. The ground floor, in an L shape, accommodates the social program with a garage, main hall, living room with fireplace, dining room, integrated kitchen, and access to the semi-covered gallery and sun deck with a semi-Olympic pool. The upper floor is divided into the master suite and ensuite bedrooms, with access via the main and secondary staircases.

Distinguished by its integration between interior and exterior spaces, as well as its bold use of exposed concrete and translucent facade opening onto the golf course.

The strong presence of exposed concrete throughout the structure of the house embodies a fundamental architectural language of our studio. The blind front facade unfolds on the upper floor with concrete sunshades that create rhythms and visual patterns, and the entire facade is clad in black aluminum rod cladding that coexists with floor-to-ceiling windows. The rear facade opens up to views of the golf course with a translucent facade that integrates with the gallery and sun deck.
