Southwest of central Moscow, this 185,000 sqm business park provides an innovative workplace environment uniquely positioned to capitalize on the city's dynamic growth. The design concept promotes a vibrant community offering Class A office with supporting public amenities, to create a meaningful public realm embracing nature and encouraging social activity.

Three distinct building clusters are organized around communal exterior space, each having a unique character. Abutting the A101 motorway, the grouped buildings focus inward onto three distinct park realms - The Central Park, North Park and South Park. The central park is envisioned as an urban waterfront. Activated by retail space and a manmade lake, this becomes the central meeting place for office tenants and visitors, while the landscaped north and south parks have a serene garden character. A visually striking element unifies the office building clusters and defines the main pedestrian connection through the site. This "Sky Blade" is a lightweight steel structure providing a sense of cover for pedestrians, while creating an immediately identifiable symbol of the business park from the motorway.
