The project is located in the urban development zone of the amphitheatre in Metz. At the opposite of the new Pompidou Center, it lands on a fine and narrow plot of ground and arises as a signal for the extremity of the district. Of these morphological constraints, the result is a compact, economic building, in a smooth envelope, the outline of cornice is insured by the set play of terraces and a specific treatment of windows and loggias.
The building is sustainable and strict. It stands out as a bow, a mark in the south entrance of the district. The first block is treated such a base, imposing, of black color. The enameled brick, contrasts with the smooth coating of the three superior blocks. Terraces in the North make possible the appropriation of the "fifth" facade with accessible terraces. The composition of the facade is a game of height and space and a particular attention carried on the articulation between the south facade and the est facade. Windows and loggias of the living room are treated as a set of metallic elements.
