A Senior Living Community located just outside of Washington, DC. Residents can interact with commuters and reminisce about the times they would head into the nation’s capital for business.
The design of the building preserves the historic feel of the area, while also utilizing modern ideas and concepts borrowed from the hospitality industry.
Designed around a central activity courtyard, floor-to-ceiling glass was incorporated into amenity spaces adjacent to the courtyard. This provided for the expansion of social opportunities through the variety of indoor-connected outdoor functions and spaces.
