The site is located on the mountainside, and is facing west (coinciding with the best views). For this reason, there is the contradiction that the facade must have fewer gaps, from a bioclimatic point of view (so that housing is not hot in summer), is the front most surface, which should have more room for enjoy the beautiful views that the environment offers.

Therefore, we designed a staggered home, so that the upstairs terrace is the downstairs deck. Similarly, a set are arranged outside the west porch, which protects the home of solar radiation on summer afternoons.
