The house is located in the urbanization "Torreclub" Torrelodones in Madrid. The temperatures are extreme (very hot in summer and too cold in winter), and low humidity.
The plot is very small and is perfectly oriented to the south, coinciding with the best views, also has a steep slope to the north. The house has three levels. The basement houses two local activities and the engine room. The ground floor houses a lounge, a distributor, a machine room, a toilet, kitchen, breakfast room and a guest room with bathroom. The first floor has a bedroom, with dressing room and bathroom, two single bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom.
The housing structure is tripartite, with a central covered courtyard, which is a potent greenhouse winter and in summer is an effective element for generating currents of soda.
