Designed by P&D Associates, this office strikes a balance between functionality and contemporary design. The space is thoughtfully divided into three zones, each serving a clear purpose. The first one welcomes visitors with a clean, understated reception that flows into the second area -- the staff section with open cubicles, creating a collaborative environment. Private managerial cabins in this area, enclosed by double-glass partitions, offer privacy while still being visually connected to the rest of the office. Towards the back lies the most important zone – the Director's cabin – that has been given a more secluded setting, complete with a private lounge and workspace.

Materials play a big role in creating the right ambiance for the office. Concrete flooring with copper inlays, Italian marble, and oak veneer give the space a refined but grounded feel, while metallic gold accents add a hint of contrast and plushness to the area. Deep red upholstery and vintage-style rugs bring warmth, softening the tones of hard surfaces. The standout feature is the custom metallic sculpture installation — a statement piece that transforms the space into an immersive art gallery, setting the tone for the entire office.

Subtle architectural details enhance the flow of the space. Gold-trimmed arches mark transitions between areas, and reflective flooring helps create a sense of openness. Biophilic touches in the form of planters include nature into the overall design.

Lighting has been carefully considered, with fixtures placed to highlight architectural details and add warmth to the space. Smart office technology is seamlessly integrated, making sure the design remains practical. The office blends materials like concrete, brass, oak, and glass into a perfectly modern vibe with a touch of warmth. Each element comes together to create a space that’s functional, stylish, and welcoming.
