Located in the South-West of Villeurbanne, between Rue Aynard, Rue Richelieu, Rue Passy and Rue Lafontaine, this small chunk of urban landscape rises on a former industrial site. A residential project comprised of six projections, of four to nine floors each, rising from the ground in groups of two, above a single base housing retail stores and offices. The centre of the plot is left unbuilt to accommodate a large garden and a footpath providing passage between the North and South sides.
