This store is located in Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan.

Its distinctive eaves catch the eye.

Viewed from the side, it truly resembles a “nose.”

The first floor primarily handles food items such as vegetables and seasonings.

The second floor handles miscellaneous goods like clothing and bags.

Since many mothers raising children visit, stroller-accessible ramps are installed on both sides of the entrance.

It is a wooden structure, unusual for a large-scale store.

Since items like refrigerators and shelves were predetermined from the start, the primary requirement was simply a spacious area.

Although there are several columns, removing the ceiling material and exposing the structural beams creates a sense of openness. 

Highlighting the rich wood grain further enhances the warm atmosphere.

The wooden doors, used for many years in the old store, were relocated and are still in use today.

The 2-meter eaves protect customers, delivery personnel bringing in goods, and even the board-clad exterior walls from rain and sunlight.

While this area is lined with various shops, this one undoubtedly stands out as the most distinctive yet seamlessly integrated into its surroundings.
