A country house located in a small settlement in the north part of Israel

A new style of space that blurs the line between the outside and the inside

The general layout of the house is made from 2 parts; part one is a rectangular shape space where the bedrooms are.

Part two, the second part is the living space  that is planned with rectangles shapes of different volumes arranged alternately.

Each rectangular contains a different function of the living space

And thus creates a new concept and experience to a new open space.

The living space is broken and each function has its own place  but still connected in one space.

In addition, this arrangement creates interesting viewpoints inside of the house.

With a combination of large windows - it blurs the border between the outside and the inside of the house.

2 exposed concrete walls were incorporated into the design of the house,

beyond the decorative look and the connection to existing materials on site.

They divide between the private from the communal areas.

They also create a buffer between the main street to the house due to an absence of a fence according to the nature of the neighborhood.  Above the living space sits another floor with a sloped roof that was designed as a functional solution for drainage and also integrates with the local landscapes of barn sheds in the area
