As an internationally-reaching company, the projects of Nespresso Boutiques go through a process of "tropicalization" to adapt the master concepts to the reality of Brazilian cities. In this case, we received the preliminary project from the main architecture office (internationally approved) along with a special briefing: to build an iconic space, a reflection of the soul of the people of São Paulo.

With this in mind, we developed a spacious boutique with lush vegetation, prominent natural lighting, and a special touch: the Portuguese stone floor composing the map of São Paulo in an integration area, which also features the Painho chairs, developed by the Rosenbaum office for TIdelli.

The program also required the creation of an attractive sales area that would connect the customer to the space and the brand through the Nespresso experience. In this scenario, it was important to think about dedicated tasting areas, reflecting Nespresso's excellence in products and service - the result of a careful back-office project that values the quality of the employee experience.

The Nespresso Oscar Freire was one of the pioneers in the new customer service system, based on flexibility and dynamism, which offers possibilities to explore and connect with the spaces.
