Noche Buena House

Nochebuena House is located in the city of Teziutlán Puebla, on a privileged irregular field.

The first condition of the project was to optimize construction areas, taking advantage of views and the formthat provides the place.

The interior schema it gave in one central shaft, where all areas of the house develop in one spacedividing them visually whit elements such as walls, setting one opening atmosphere and interaction with the gardens.

It is designed different gardens, conceiving a better relation between the interior space and outside, generating nice visual auctions for users.

The management of the volumes and its relationship with the materials, project lightness sensations in some elements highlighting textures and natural colors, as well marble, wood, natural stones and glass.

The project account technologies for temperature using double glazing, generating transparencies talking a contemporary language and at the same time, providing warmth to the spaces, by the climate that provides the area.

Nochebuena House is a residence of simple volumes compounds in a way that the house is perceived in different ways, combining elements, that invite to live it and be inhabited.
